The result of a skilled and passionate craftsman getting unexpectedly locked in due to a devastating global pandemic, he found himself in a unique situation. Surrounded by a multitude of weathered and worn-out wooden pieces, he saw an opportunity to give them a new lease on life. As the world outside remained uncertain, he dedicated himself to transforming these discarded materials into stunning creations that would stand the test of time in their new forever homes.

Blethyn, but no relation to Brenda Blethyn of “Vera” fame and the co star in “Little Voice”.
I’ve had what you might call a varied career, Graphic Designer, Soldier, Construction industry and a medic, but after more than my fair share of redundancies, I took a job as a School Site Controller, which, at the time I knew nothing about. I had Carpentry and some basic electrical work and even decorating and plumbing knowledge, but who cared, it was only a temporary thing until I found a proper job. That was around new year in the year 2000. Here I am in 2023 still doing it. Fair to say, I’ve got the hang of it now.
Good job it’s a key role actually as Covid came along and locked everyone away for a bit. Some lost their jobs altogether. So, while I was safe in my key role employment, with very little to do, I built a Mancave.
